I help institutions make better AI decisions before they find out the hard way what they got wrong.
§ 01Institutional Advisory
Organizations come to me when they're making AI decisions that will affect communities they care about reaching but can't fully see from the inside.
Sometimes that means pressure-testing a product or initiative before it ships, and figuring out together whether it actually serves the people it's supposed to serve.
Sometimes it means helping frame what they've already built for an audience with real reasons to be skeptical, in a way that earns trust rather than manages backlash.

AI Strategy for Organizations
§ 02I also work with smaller and growing organizations that are trying to figure out what AI is actually worth to them — without outsourcing that judgment to a vendor. This work is more hands-on: tech stack audits, workflow design, building governance frameworks, training workshops, and strategic AI implementation planning. The goal is always for the organization to be able to make these decisions on their own going forward, not to need me indefinitely.

§ 03Craft Your AI Manifesto
Build your own personal framework for engaging with AI in this self-guided course.
What do you actually believe about this technology? What are you comfortable with? What are your boundaries? You leave with a written manifesto you can use as a decision-making tool going forward.
AI IRL
A three-month live community for people who want a framework for making their own decisions about AI, not someone else's opinion about what they should do.
1:1 Individual Advising
These are for people who want focused, one-on-one time on a specific question, whether that’s a career pivot, a team situation, a business decision, or just clarity on where you actually stand.
A 30-minute session is good for one focused question, and a 60-minute session gives us room to work through something bigger.
Conferences, keynotes, panels, moderation.
§ 04I speak at conferences, summits, and events on AI literacy, the creator economy, AI governance, and inclusive tech. Past keynotes include the Google Data & Analytics Summit, TEDxBeaconStreet, and the AMA Content Marketing Conference.
